HELPING YOUNG PEOPLE TO ACHIEVE
A SUCCESSFUL TRANSITION FROM CARE TO ADULTHOOD
WHAT IS CLA PLACEMENTS? It is a company that provides semi-independent living to Children Looked After. It was set up by an experienced Social Worker in 2018.
What does CLA mean? Children Looked After.
Our desire and passion is to see a generation of young people become the best versions of themselves. This is why CLA Placements exists. We aim to revolutionise and improve existing services in London.
Although this sector is not regulated by a governing body such as Ofsted, CLA Placements operate to exacting standards outlined in the Care Standards Act 2000. For example, engaging with the wider system to ensure young people’s needs are met as noted in regulation 5. Equally, to ensure the best provision is made for young people in all areas of their lives.
Importantly, CLA Placements undertakes a robust recruitment process to ensure high quality staff deliver the desired outcomes for young people
CLA Placements is focused on shaping better futures for Looked After Children and Care Leavers between the ages of 16 – 21. We strategically plan to ensure that young people make progress whilst with us in accordance with their pathway plan.
